I am convinced that for all people who like to perform their work with satisfaction, the connection between Reason (head), Love (heart) and Guts (balls) is optimal, which puts their own talent in the highest gear. This applies to everything you do and in every role!
From that basis I came up with my 'Chain Theory'; 'in every person self-confidence, like a chain, is driven by the sprockets: Head, Heart and Balls'.

Especially to stop the chain, I have developed a unique vitalisation programme in which I show how the drive can jam and above all how it can be repaired and stored efficiently
