Koen is the most popular percussionist in the Netherlands with and with an energetic beat he knows how to get many people to dance and laugh because of his cheerful presence. With his extensive experience he has everything to create a dynamic party!

Besides Time Bandits he was lead musician with many other TOP bands. In combination with Jazz Circus Collective DJ(s) he knows how to make it a party that swings into the small hours. Because of his years of experience Koen knows when to play and when not to play. This way he knows how to work his way to the climax of the music

In 4 acts of about 10 minutes Koen shows his talent. Especially funk, house and dance music lend themselves well to the free improvisation of percussionist Koen. But of course the Salsa, Merenque and other types of Latin music also fit well in this genre.

Koen van de Broek and DJ Dominick / DJ Ronny Hammond can be extended with several musicians for an additional charge of € 450 per person for a part of a day of 4 hours. The mentioned price is based on 4 acts of 10 minutes. Do you have other wishes? Please let us know in your request!

The stated price includes an All Round DJ or Jazz-Lounge DJ and includes equipment such as a DJ Set, mixing desk and speaker set with stands sufficient for approximately 400 visitors.

Already during his conservatory education Koen played in various bands including The Time Bandits ("I'm specialized in you"). This band was very popular in the 80's in the Netherlands and America. Also as an independent percussionist and teacher, Koen has been playing with Ruth Jacoth, T-Spoon ('Sex on the beach') and Within Temptation. Koen is bursting with energy and knows how to dress up the musical space offered by the DJ's with percussion sounds

As a composer Koen wrote a percussion composition for Opel Astra in 1997, which he performed for two weeks with a percussion group in Frankfurt at the international car fair. This was part of a complete Opel Astra musical. This show reached many television stations including CNN. In 1998 Koen wrote music for the opening of Tilburg's pop temple 013 and a composition for the opening of the new station in 's-Hertogenbosch. A highlight was the day organized by Coca-Cola at the departure of the Dutch national team to the World Cup in France.
