Donnie is a Dutch rapper and entertainer. In addition to his signature rap style, Donnie is also known for his contributions to Dutch party music, bridging hip-hop and popular Dutch genres.

With humorous lyrics and striking appearance, he has won a place in the Dutch music scene. With catchy tunes and humorous lyrics, he knows how to entertain the audience and create a vibrant atmosphere. Upon the release of his cult mixtape "Leipie Van Het Plein," Donnie was considered a protégé of De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig. His delivery and inventive wordplay are certainly inspired by them, and De Jeugd producer Bas Bron has infused his sound with a thick electrofunk sauce.

But "Maradonnie" has claimed his own crown, and his reign goes far beyond Amsterdam. Debut album Mannelogy, which included the live hits "Batras" and "Pleinvrees," was one of the most talked-about hip-hop releases of 2015, and the mixtape "Loei Ordinair" took his sound another step further. After the release of his second fully Bas Bron-produced album 'BFMJT' in 2017, which included the big live hit 'De Tuinslang', Donnie is brilliantly at the top of the Dutch hip-hop scene. Throw in his latest collaborations with the likes of Joost, Kraantje Pappie and Spacekees, and you know what you're getting!
