With this workshop the participants are challenged in a fun way to explore and indicate their limits. With our techniques the participants are often amazed at what possibilities they have in strength and self-defense. !
The workshops start with a warming up, after which various martial arts techniques will be explained and experienced (throwing, ground techniques, kicking etc).
After that it is time to spar. When sparring, safety, fun and respect for each other are always paramount! This workshop can also be used as a teambuilding activity.
The price is given for a workshop for up to 25 people. The price for an extra participant is €17,50.
