I already knew Dennis' piano playing, so I had asked him well in advance to come and play at our wedding. Because of the corona time the church service was of course arranged differently than we had thought of a year in advance. Dennis thought along with us and also gave us the options to play at the ceremony and in the church. We wanted to do this, and we loved it. May 9th 2015 at my birthday party I invited Dennis for an atmospheric evening at a beautiful location. Dennis has manifested himself on this evening as a skilled pianist, which increased the atmosphere that evening. When we were looking for a pianist for our wedding party, we soon found Dennis. The visit to his home was pleasant and we soon heard that he can play the piano beautifully. So we immediately decided to book him. At our wedding he played very nicely as we had expected. We had drawn up a list of our request numbers in advance, but also at the wedding itself the request numbers of the guests were no problem. We think we had a beautiful wedding party partly because of Dennis' performance and would recommend him to everyone.

For our wedding we were looking for someone who could provide piano music during our reception/party evening. Via Google we quickly found Dennis. To get acquainted we visited him once. His site was already very nice and professional, but after we heard his piano playing live, we didn't doubt anymore; we would have a very good pianist for Dennis. On the evening itself that expectation was completely fulfilled, both our guests and ourselves enjoyed Dennis' music!

It turned out to be a very successful afternoon

We had asked Dennis to listen to the girlfriend's lunch, which was organized to celebrate my wife's 65th birthday. We wanted background music on the piano with famous songs from the 60s and 70s. Dennis accepted this challenge without any problem and had 25 songs from that time. Rehearsed within a week! It turned out to be a very successful afternoon, not in the least thanks to the musical accompaniment!

Hello Dennis, Although the 22nd of March is already a few weeks behind us, we are still enjoying our 50th wedding anniversary. How nice to share that with so much. How they say that again, "shared joy is double joy", that's how we experienced it. Before the feast our children were deafeningly silent and we did not expect much to be done. So it was a complete surprise for us all those pieces that were performed by the family, but that also meant that you had to improvise musically and respond to the various pitches that were performed at times. It was no problem at all, even with all kinds of music, classical, popular or evergreen, you were the supporting musical force. Besides the entertaining piano playing during the party, it was in one word fantastic!

Friday, December 20, pianist Dennis de Bruijn enlivened our Christmas dinner with music. The versatility of his repertoire and his skills surprised many. Unbelievable how he plays everything away on the piano. He has created a nice atmosphere. Clients and family have enjoyed it. Also the staff who, thanks to Dennis' perseverance, also sang a tune. It was a party!

Dennis listened musically to both Christmas dinners at our Zuylenstede Care Centre to the great delight of our residents, volunteers and staff. It was a great pleasure for everyone to see with how much enthusiasm and accessibility he played for us. If it were up to all of us we would certainly invite him again!
