Franklyn Hartkamp introduced and further developed Krav Maga in the Netherlands in 1998. At that time, nobody had heard of the system, during the years that Franklyn is developing the system, nowadays everybody knows something about KM and more important, more and more people have done one or more KM courses.
In a relatively short time, 2004, the time was ripe for the next important step; training people to become a KM Instructor. Soon the second generation of Instructors was a fact. To date, new Instructors have been added every year to help our organisation spread Krav Maga. Not only in civil society, but also in the sectors Security, VIP-Protection, Police, Justice and Defence Franklyn Hartkamp trains personnel to become Instructors, nationally and internationally.
