We introduce the game to the guests with simple explanation of the basic rules and after the introduction we let the guests play the game with guidance. Each player receives from us the hand ranking which allows him to cheat. As the tournament progresses we teach the guests the terms and strategy. For the dropouts we start a small tournament (Sit&Go) so they don't get bored.
