Always wanted to know what you could do with a hoop? Whether you've never held a hoop around your waist before, or you've been hooping for hours, you can take your hooping skills to the next level at Jill's Hoops. Want to steal the show at any party, wedding or just in the park? Jill's hooping teaches you the coolest hooping moves and combos to develop your own hooping style. You will also develop your dance and rhythm by swaying your hips to a nice tune. Whoever says fun and a work-out can't go together has never picked up a hoop. The first hour will consist of trying and learning new moves. The last half hour is free hooping where there will be room to discover your own flow!

The indicated price is up to 15 participants in the workshop. Possibilities for workshops with other (circus) tools or more participants possible. Send me a message about your event and together we can look for the best fitting workshop format and composition for your event.
