As “AI Flitsmeester,” Matthijs Akkenaar makes artificial intelligence understandable and accessible to everyone.

The two take turns throughout an energetic show filled with elite sports, technology, humor, and relatable examples—ranging from performance and training to generative AI, AI agents, and the future of work.

Matthijs Akkenaar combines his background in education and digital learning with his knowledge of AI. In 2025, he was named AI Speaker of the Year at the National AI Awards. His mission: AI literacy for everyone, without complicated technical jargon.

Semmy Schilt became a K-1 world champion no fewer than four times and won the Glory Heavyweight Grand Slam in 2012. After his career in elite sports, he focused on sharing his knowledge and experience through his Fight Game Academy.
