A pop-up bag boutique where every guest can design their own statement bag. Choose a base bag and personalize it with straps, patches, letters, pins, charms, and more.

In The Bag Room, every guest becomes a designer for a moment. Everyone starts with a base bag and customizes it with a combination of straps, patches, letters, pins, charms, and other details. The result isn’t a standard giveaway, but a personalized fashion item that the guest has designed themselves.

The fully styled Bag Room includes a decorative back wall, bag displays, a customization bar, a base bag, a standard assortment of customization materials, workstations, professional guidance, materials for approximately 40 guests, a three-hour activation session, and setup and takedown.

Bags, labels, patches, charms, straps, and packaging can be produced specifically for the event. This turns The Bag Room into a premium corporate gifting experience: guests don’t simply receive a gift—they design their own.
