**Possible Structure**

An initial intake meeting with the client takes place beforehand, followed by an analysis of the organizational challenge, a brief preparatory survey among participants, and content coordination to ensure the program is fully customized.

During the afternoon, I combine an interactive keynote with reflection on the client’s own organization and short group exercises. Together, we discuss the key opportunities, risks, and obstacles and translate these into concrete priorities and potential next steps.

Afterward, the client receives the presentation and relevant materials, a concise summary of the key insights, and a recommendation report outlining initial steps and areas for focus. In addition, we schedule a brief online follow-up to discuss the outcomes and next steps.

This program is suitable for strategy days, management teams, executive and board sessions, HR teams, and leadership programs. It is well-suited for organizations in healthcare, government, education, and the private sector that are facing a concrete change initiative.

The price of €5,950 (excluding VAT) includes an intake and content alignment, a preparatory survey, customized preparation, the full afternoon session, travel time and travel expenses within the Netherlands, the presentation and accompanying materials, a concise advisory report, and an online follow-up with the client. Any venue costs, external technical support, and additional coaching are not included in the price.

This is not a standard training session, but a carefully prepared strategic session that connects inspiration with concrete choices and clear next steps.
