Ruth Elings is like a musical cup of coffee at your event: she is approachable, disarming and refreshing. As a comedian and singer, she has all the ingredients to end the day with a musical wrap-up.
Are you organizing an event, conference or other meeting and looking for a musical and funny addition to the day?
Ruth walks around, listens in, writes down and processes it on the spot, together with her husband and top musician Ruben Drenth, into a catchy sing-along that is often sung weeks after the event. A unique song that includes the topics, questions and main characters of your organization.
A preliminary interview is also possible, so that she can delve into the main themes and get to know the organization in advance.
Ruth and Ruben provide their own technique and have their business in order, so that already takes care of the most fun part of your event!
About Ruth:
Ruth has over 10 years
of experience as a singer, comedian and presenter. She has won the Utrecht Kleinkunst Festival and the Griffioen/de Stoep Cabaret Festival, among others, and was in the semi-finals of the Comedy Talent Award. She is currently touring theaters nationwide with her 3rd show "De Dwarsfluit".
About Ruben:
Ruben has been on stage as a musician for over 15 years. He has played with Amsterdam Sinfonietta, Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw, Bert van den Brink, Louise Korthals, Egon Kracht and many others. With his own projects he plays throughout Europe in theaters on jazz stages.
