With The InCluencer, I inspire organizations with a powerful keynote on disability leadership: taking leadership with a disability in a world where it is not yet a given. I combine my personal corporate experience with my role as a global accessibility leader and show how inclusive leadership, skills assessment and true recognition make organizations stronger. My keynote fits seamlessly with events on DEI, leadership, financial and digital inclusion, sustainability and AI - and sparks lasting change.

With The InCluencer I give an inspiring keynote in which I take my audience on my journey to disability leadership: taking leadership and being visible with a disability. In sectors like finance, corporates and SMEs, this is still anything but obvious. I share how I developed from an expert by experience to an international accessibility leader, and which people, choices and structures were decisive.

I show why recognizable leaders with disabilities are indispensable in organizations, why judging by skills is more important than degrees or physical presence, and why true recognition of performance is crucial for sustainable inclusion. My story connects personal corporate experience with deep expertise in accessibility and disability inclusion, focused on lasting impact within organizations.
