A fun and educational experience with concrete insights for your team? Where your team in green overalls learns to work together in an adventurous way. Think Camp van Koningsbrugge, but only with the focus on cooperation and without heavy beatings and extreme physical performances.

This activity is led by a coaching company, where we work with teams, executives and groups of colleagues. We always have a clear goal for your team outing: to create a fun, educational day where we give you some concrete learning objectives.

We are partly outside on our premises and occasionally go inside to evaluate.

This training is supervised by former military. People who know how groups function when things get tense. They steer not by shouting or macho behavior, but by clarity, structure and responsibility.

Communication and leadership
This is where teams step out of their daily roles and into situations where cooperation, communication and leadership become immediately apparent. Not in a meeting room, but in motion. Outside and in the field, with clear assignments and real consequences.

You immediately see what happens when the pressure increases.

Who takes initiative?
Who waits?
Who keeps an overview?
And what happens in mutual communication?
Teams go home with more than just a memory:

We determine the goal together beforehand. During the training you carry out assignments that test cooperation and decision-making. Between the parts, we pause. What happened? Why did it happen? And what does it mean for your daily work?

Afterwards it is clear where the power is. And where there is chafing.
