"The Golden Memory" is an interactive live music performance that puts the audience at the center. Through personal stories, memories, and audience reactions, well-known songs are brought back to life. From the 1960s to the 1980s, featuring familiar songs by artists such as The Beatles and Wim Sonneveld.

The audience is invited to sing along, share memories, and enjoy moving music together.

Drawing on their experience in elder care, Robin and Roel of De Gouden Herinnering came up with the idea of bringing music and personal memories together. They discovered how special it is when a familiar song brings stories and emotions to the surface. This idea evolved into interactive performances for care facilities, theaters, businesses, and events, among others.

De Gouden Herinnering isn’t just about music from the past. By combining well-known songs from both then and now, the performances resonate with different generations and personal experiences. This creates a unique show every time, where the audience actively participates, recalls old memories, and creates new ones together.
