Just as residents in a village each have their own way of life, each team member works differently within an organization.

Workshop Village Logic: working together with different types:
In this interactive workshop you will discover through village logic how different "village types" show why people in teams all work differently. Just like in a village, everyone in an organization has their own role, character and way of working together.

Participants are introduced to recognizable village types and discover why they are all important for the functioning of a community and an organization. Through playful assignments, short reflections and recognizable examples it becomes visible where cooperation runs smoothly and where it sometimes falters. Even the 'village idiot' turns out to have a surprisingly important role in practice.

The workshop is interactive and suitable for teams, organizations and groups who want to reflect on cooperation, team dynamics and organizational culture. The standard duration is about 60-90 minutes, but the workshop can also be adapted for shorter sessions, team days or trainings. The number of participants is approximately 6-12 people.

About Aafke Tadema
Aafke Tadema is author of the book Van stad naar platteland and speaker on cooperation, culture and change in organizations. From her experience with integrating in a village, she developed the concept of village logic, with which she makes teams and organizations look at behavior, cooperation and team roles in an accessible and recognizable way.
