Do you find that your mind often wanders while you’re working, having conversations, or attending (online) meetings? Do you sometimes have trouble concentrating? During this inspirational session, you’ll discover how to improve your focus so you can get more done and feel less tired.
Drawing on the latest insights from (neuro)psychology, Ronald van der Molen shows you—and helps you experience firsthand—what happens in your brain when you’re distracted or stressed—and how you can prevent it. This creates a better balance between your work and personal life. You’ll experience more peace of mind, clarity, and control amid the hustle and bustle of the day.
This is desperately needed, because the volume of digital information has increased enormously in recent years. Many things distract us from what really matters. For example, Harvard research shows that 46.9% of the time, we’re thinking about something other than what we’re doing. This makes us unhappy and prevents us from forming deeper connections with others.
