The TeamCulture Roadtrip - De Beuk erin! is a unique team building and coaching intervention. For teams that:
- stagnate or stand still - work alongside each other - suffer from miscommunication or tension - want to break through patterns - long for more direction, safety and energy - need a powerful and human intervention

The TeamCulture Roadtrip - De Beuk erin! is a unique teambuilding and coaching experience that takes place in a luxury coach of Koninklijke Beuk. No standard healing session or training, but a symbolic team trip that brings movement inside and outside the team.
Teams step in with their current patterns, and step out with a clear, supported team compass.
This road trip is specially designed for teams that get stuck, are too cautious, avoid each other or long for more clarity, flow and connection.
The combination of being on the road, reflection, humor and keen observations makes this experience light, intense, safe and tremendously effective. The bus acts as a driving metaphor: every turn, stop and route symbolizes how the team is moving.

What are we going to do? - The five stops

1. Starting point - "Where do we start from?"
A gentle kickoff in which we make visible what works and what ##### team immediately feels seen and heard.
2. Detour - "Where are we losing energy?"
We break through patterns around communication, roles and ##### sharp and without drama.
3. Viewpoint - "What are we overlooking?"
In a beautiful spot outside the bus, we examine what the team is not yet naming, what qualities are underexposed and what opportunities may surface.
4. Refueling stop - "What are we charging from?"
During a coffee stop, we map out what energizes the ##### positive core becomes clear and tangible.
5. Final destination - "What does our ideal culture look like?"
Carmen creates live a compact and concrete Team Culture Manifesto: a clear direction guide for collaboration, communication and behavior.
