Discover the power and simplicity of Wing Chun in a unique workshop directly descended from Bruce Lee's lineage. I am the head teacher of WingChun and a student of Wang Kiu, private pupil of Yip Man - Bruce Lee's legendary grandmaster. I combine this authentic background with over 20 years of experience within the police force, making the workshop both inspiring and realistically applicable.

During the workshop participants will learn:
- The basic techniques of Wing Chun - simple, effective and accessible to all.
- Duo exercises that provide fun, cooperation and an energetic atmosphere.
- Recognizing balance, timing and relaxation as taught by Bruce Lee.
- Practical self-defense principles that really work, even under pressure.

This workshop is ideal for team building, company outings, team days, sporting events or as an active break during a meeting. All exercises are safe, approachable and suitable for all ages and levels - from complete beginner to athletic team.
