Madame Fresh fries & smash burgers

We are Stephan and Theresa, proud owners of food truck Madame. Since 2023 we have been standing with our snack truck at a fixed location in Alkmaar, but soon we discovered that the demand for our fresh fries and smashburgers went much further than that. That's why we now drive out with a second truck to tastefully complete any party or event.

What you can expect from us:
Fresh fries - crispy and golden brown, just as they should be.
Sauces from Oliehoorn - the best seasonings from the region.
Smashburgers - fresh, juicy and irresistible.
