I am Ellen Worm, ceremony speaker, ritual counselor and hsp coach.
As a highly sensitive person, I know how important it is to find balance between feelings, strength and boundaries.
My own journey took me from the modeling world to a life of self-love and inner peace.
Now I guide others with warmth and creativity, in ceremonies, coaching and interactive presentations.
I give tools to become better grounded, to guard your own space and to be more powerful in yourself.
This creates space to truly come home to yourself and embrace your life with confidence.
✨ Hey people,
Today I want to share something personal with you about my life as a high sensitive person (HSP).
My journey once began in the modeling world, where looks and performance were key. But deep inside, I felt increasingly empty there. Because I didn't work from my heart, I became disconnected from my body and lost touch with the ground beneath my feet. That made me anxious and depressed. It wasn't until I studied high sensitivity that all the pieces of the puzzle fell into place.
? You can read more about my path here: #####
For me, being highly sensitive not only means being sensitive to outside stimuli, but also having deep empathy. I now use this sensitivity to coach
others. As a coach, I work with the "Roots and Wings" method of Maurice Willems: a way to ground, find your inner peace again and get back in touch with yourself.
Yes, life as an HSP has its challenges. But it also brings me so much beauty: I have learned to appreciate silence, to take better care of myself and to guard my energy. I dare to follow my own authority and walk my path, in confidence.
Through exercises I let you feel how it is to feel powerful and grounded and yet connected from the chair where you sit!
? And I love to share that path. Would you like to invite me for a lecture or inspiring presentation?
I speak about inner strength, boundaries and self-love - and about the balance between your inner man and woman, which together define the colors of your life. Warm, deepening and always with space to really come home to yourself.

On June 1, 2024, I had the privilege of being present at the wedding of André and Arabella, where Ellen led the ceremony. Her sparkling presence (further highlighted by her beautiful colorful outfit) and generous smile relaxed both the bride and groom and the guests. In addition to the beautiful sand ceremony where all family members poured in a color appropriate to their character and the loving and emotional handfasting that Ellen led both loosely and in a structured manner, there was also room for stories. In addition to the "how did you get to know each other" that all guests naturally loved hearing about, Ellen had delved much deeper into the things important to the bride and groom. Goddess Freya, the vision and intention of the motorcycle club and the bond with children and witnesses. Loved ones not present or deceased were also given their own space and honored. Time after time I was moved by the depth Ellen knew how to bring so naturally. Always followed by a hearty laugh, because a wedding should also be a happy affair. I am no longer planning to get married, but if I were, I would definitely ask Ellen to conduct the ceremony.

Then, as a wedding officiant, you are offered a wedding by a beautiful married couple. With the announcement that you only have to do the official part and that the entire ceremony is in the hands of Ellen Worm. A little Googling reveals that she is a pleasant person with a lot of experience in various subjects. Mainly in the field of coaching and support. To discuss marriage with her I made an appointment to have a 'live' conversation. There appears to be a friendly empathic people-person. Good conversation showing enthusiasm for the upcoming marriage that we then have to take care of together. Afterwards Ellen appears to have so much energy that she has already arranged the lion's share of the organizing and also the speech. For me, it was like coming into a prepared bed. The day of the wedding itself was a party. Watching her, I saw someone who delivered a good speech containing the points essential to the wedding couple in a respectful, sensitive and also humorous way. She also responded humorously to reactions from both the couple and the audience. I myself had no experience with handfasting and sand rituals and watched with attention how she integrated this into the wedding ceremony. Those involved were touched. (Marriage couple and several children!) All in all, should I want to do another wedding with someone, she is my choice.

Ellen guided our ceremony warmly, respectfully and with humor. Thank you Ellen. May other brides and grooms also find the happiness of having their ceremony conducted by you

Hi Ellen, the service for mom was beautiful. Warm, loving and "granny-worthy" my daughter said. Many compliments on the content. How beautiful people thought it was that her whole life was covered and not just the last few years. The content, but also the way it was presented. The peace in between with music they liked so much! And a big part came from you. Thank you for your pleasant guidance and the beautiful conversations that came about thanks to you. Kind regards,
