"Animal Behavior as a Mirror - What Your Colleagues Don't Tell You, But Do Show You."
In this unique workshop you will learn to read behavior without judgment - paying attention to nonverbal cues, stress reactions, group dynamics, and mutual communication. By observing animal behavior you will learn a surprising amount about cooperation, leadership, and your own reaction patterns in the workplace.
In this inspiring workshop, we take a surprising perspective: that of an animal behaviorist. By looking at the behavior of wild animals, you will learn how to recognize and better understand nonverbal signals, stress responses, and social dynamics in humans as well.
Behavior is always action-reaction, and often not what it seems. Aggression is rarely the beginning, overshooting behavior (such as yawning or fumbling) betrays tension, and group animals instinctively respond to leadership and safety. These insights from nature help us work together more effectively, recognize tensions before they escalate, and give each other space for natural behavioral responses.
The workshop is taught by a former dolphin trainer and experienced expedition leader who spent years applying behavior analysis in zoos and
in the wild - from walruses in Svalbard to orcas in Norway. Now she translates her knowledge to human teams: with an eye for body language, context, and the power of observing before reacting.
