Digital stimuli are everywhere and constantly demanding attention. In this workshop, Thomas Neurink shows how digital systems affect focus and thought patterns and how to be more aware of them in your daily work.
In Hack Your Own Mind, Thomas Neurink zooms in on the psychological impact of digital systems on attention, focus and mental load. The workshop combines insight with reflection and practical exercises so that participants understand how digital stimuli work and what patterns they themselves follow.
Participants experience how notifications, information flows and interface choices create mental noise and then work on a personal framework for dealing more consciously with digital influence. No digital detox or set rules, but a realistic approach that connects to everyday work.
What participants get out of it:
- Understanding how digital stimuli influence attention and behavior
- Recognition of personal digital patterns
- More overview and focus in a stimulating work environment
- A personal framework for dealing more consciously
with digital influence
- Tools that are directly applicable in the workday
