Our barbecue packages:

LOW & SLOW - Large pieces of quality meat that become tender and flavorful under a low temperature. With our Oklahoma smoker we prepare the larger cuts such as pork belly, ribs, tail, salmon fillet and turkey fillet. Of course, also with vegetable dishes, salads, sauces and bread.

THE CLASSIC - A variety of grilled classics from the BBQ. Such as 100% beef burgers, chicken satay, bratwursts, salmon fillet, chicken thigh and if desired plenty of vegetarian options. This of course served with fresh salads, warm bread and homemade sauces. Something for everyone.

THE PIG - Over the charcoal, we roast a whole suckling pig up to 30 pounds until done. With super tender and flavorful meat as a result. A feast like real Gauls, rustique deluxe. Freshly baked bread, salads, baked potatoes from the coals and of course an apple in the mouth.

VEGGIEANTASTIC - Why barbecue meat when vegetables also exist. Creative and flavorful! Large pieces of puffed, smoked or grilled vegetables made into little paintings on coals. Full-fledged dishes to enjoy. Be amazed what you can do with vegetables too.

WALKING DINER BBQ - Barbecue, but not a buffet. We bring around 5 to 9 courses of barbecue or barbecue inspired dishes to guests.
