As an experienced caterer, Firma Kok specializes in 'live cooking' and with our foodbike we bring freshly prepared products to every event. We always opt for quality and with our tough barbecue menus make every party a party. With the 'Oklahoma smoker' you go for 'low and slow', but for short grilled on coal or gas we also have the right 'Q'. If you like it pure, we can even roast a suckling pig on our specially designed spit. We also do vegetarian barbecue a lot, often and with love.
