No two events are alike. Sometimes a standard package doesn’t quite match what you have in mind—the venue is unique, the group has a specific request, or you simply want something that’s truly customized.

From perfectly cooked steaks to juicy burgers and tender ribs, it’s an experience for all the senses. The menu is fully customized.

Together, we’ll look at what you want, what the venue allows, and what we can create—and then we’ll build a package from there that’s just right. That could be an intimate dinner on the water, a pop-up BBQ at an unusual location, a custom menu for a special occasion, or something we’ve never done before but are excited to try.

What always stays the same: the highest-quality ingredients, everything prepared from scratch, and a smoker that steals the show. We do NOT use ready-made kits or take shortcuts. As long as it’s about craftsmanship, fire, and quality, we’re happy to work with you to find the right solution.
