The task of inclusive education is not easy, but not impossible. Sofie has several projects for appropriate and inclusive education to her name and has made study trips to America and Finland on this subject.
In an interactive way, with guts and humor, Sofie takes education colleagues into the world of appropriate in inclusive education. As project leader for Explora Breda (part-time appropriate education for the gifted) and project leader for the Delta facility (inclusive facility for gifted home sitters) Sofie has a lot of experience with the complex task of appropriate and inclusive education.
She would like to inspire the world of education to be bolder in reducing homelessness and to better meet the needs of special students. Her study trips to appropriate and inclusive education in America and Finland support her story.

Sofie gave a lecture for the CNV leadership lab on the do's and dont's of a school leader. She knows better than anyone else what a teacher wants from a school leader because of her years of practical experience. In addition, she is theoretically well versed. Moreover, she knows how to constantly captivate the audience and keep their attention with her sparkling way of presenting. Her sense of humor certainly helps with that!
