Because we do not deep fry, our food truck can also be placed inside! Only a little vapor is released through our extraction system, which is ideal for exhibition halls, large halls or company halls, for example.

While you and your guests are having a relaxing drink, we create a piece of culinary theater. We prepare fresh pasta dishes from our food truck, so your guests can see how their meal is created.

Want something truly spectacular? Then choose our beautiful spinning Limoncello tree, a unique and cheerful eye-catcher as soon as your guests arrive. We can also provide an array of delicious appetizers to make the drinks extra festive. Freshly Prepared Pasta as Main Course
Once the drinks are over, it's time for the main course! Your guests can choose from five delectable pasta dishes right at the food truck, prepared for them à la minute:
Pasta with shrimp in a slightly spicy arrabbiata sauce.
The classic Pasta Bolognese.
Pasta with tender chicken in a creamy green pesto sauce.
Pasta with a mild Gorgonzola sauce.
Our specialty: Pasta with forest mushrooms & black truffle, prepared in an authentic cheese wheel.
Because each dish is specially made to order, we can also prepare all dishes completely vegetarian.
We serve half portions so your guests can taste plenty and enjoy different flavors. Moreover, they may come and get as many as they want, all evening long!
Sweet Closing and Extras
End the evening perfectly with our three delicious Italian ice creams, which you can optionally order as dessert.
We provide two standing tables as standard, but we can further expand the decoration of your event with:

We apply a minimum order of €1000 for the dishes. Because we provide customization and there are so many possibilities, we always make a custom quote first, perfectly tailored to the number of people and your specific needs.

We had booked the food truck to provide lunch for our employees and everyone had rave reviews. Delicious pastas prepared in no time in front of your eyes. The only downside I could find him is that I was only able to get rid of 2 trays. That cheese wheel was also super nice to see and gives that extra touch of freshness for the lovers.

What an incredible experience at Pasta & More! I had the pasta with chestnut mushroom and black truffle from the cheese wheel, and honestly: this was better than in Italy itself. The creamy sauce, the perfect bite of the pasta and that deep, earthy taste of the truffle.... it was pure perfection. You really taste that love, craftsmanship and top ingredients are used here. The cheese wheel in which the pasta is finished not only makes for an insane taste, but also a great experience! It looks and smells amazing. In addition, the whole atmosphere is right: the food truck is decorated with care and style, there is pleasant music playing in the background and everything is well organized to perfection. No stress, no queue chaos, just relaxed enjoyment of food that is so good it makes you quiet. In short: Pasta & More comes highly recommended. Big thanks to Coby and Edwin what a treat this was! Pasta & More came by for lunch and from the first moment it was great. The smell of that fresh pasta alone... it makes you hungry right away. Everything is prepared live in front of you, and as soon as you take a bite, you just taste the love that goes into it. Pure taste explosion! Coby and Edwin you are really great to deal with, from the first moment of contact they think of everything, are flexible and make sure everything runs smoothly. The food truck itself also looks very nice, well decorated which completes the atmosphere. And the music completes it all as if you're eating in Italy. And then the dessert ... that ice cream was so good, just what you want after such a good lunch. In short: Top and still Top from beginning to end. Pasta & More comes highly recommended!

The pasta from this food truck was truly fantastic. The bolognese had a full, rich flavor and the truffle with mushrooms was sublime. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. Edwin and Coby top it off: they are incredibly friendly and make you feel immediately welcome. Definitely a place to come back to soon!
