Do you have a serious question for your team that is complicated? Are you looking for a playful safe working form where all participants participate 100% and can give their voice? Then experience the power of the LEGO®️ SERIOUS PLAY®️ methodology. Playful building with Lego bricks that creates connection in communication, encourages creative thinking and stimulates innovation.

Coming up with answers to complex organizational issues is not easy. It usually requires creative, innovative ideas and supported answers. And these answers don't just come your way. After all, otherwise you would have already solved the issue yourself.

By working with questions in a playful way, you come up with new angles & new ideas. Seriousplaycoach facilitates customized work sessions in which serious questions are brought to the table and playfully and powerfully solved. Here LEGO®️ SERIOUS PLAY®️ is used as a methodology. Everyone builds an answer to the question, tells what they have built and reflects on it. This working form gives 100% input from every participant, connects through powerful communication and creates support for the solutions that emerge.
It is a science-based methodology that the LEGO®️ Company itself developed in the late 1990s to arrive at innovative solutions.

Topics can range from personal development issues, team development, or strategic organizational issues. The workshop is customized so that your question or theme is central!
