Aerial hoop also called lyra, aerial ring or cerceau is a fun athletic workshop! It is an experience in itself because you can make unique moves through the ring. Because of the different poses in a ring in the air, it looks like acrobatics.

Aerial hoop also called lyra, aerial ring or cerceau is a fun athletic workshop! It is an experience in itself because you can make unique moves through the ring. The different poses in a ring in the air make it look like acrobatics.

This workshop is unique for a bachelor party, girlfriends, team outing or other groups and is very accessible regardless of your age or experience. Everyone is welcome to become an aerial acrobat!

Our professional instructor will help you assume the poses in a safe manner. We work at your level allowing everyone to participate!
