An interactive guided game experience that teaches (project) teams to work under pressure where project risks and project pitfalls are central.
Princeopoly consists of 6 phases: preparation, floor plan preparation, construction phase 1, construction phase 2, construction phase 3, project closure. Effective use of various project management skills can be gained. In addition, the project (team) must deliver a product-oriented schedule and work package. While it is helpful to have some knowledge of the basics of project management, it is not a must.
