Time is money we hear more often. When I started 19 years ago, I first wanted to help myself. And later I figured out that I can help others too and for 8 years I got paid nothing for it. I had a lot of opposition from trainers who didn't understand anything I was doing. The clinics helped more and more young people and adults with great success both privately and professionally. Then came T-Mobile to train sales departments and later mental health institutions and TBS clinics. This formula has proven itself and since 6 months the first Mental Method Sport Academy in the world has started in Doetinchem. We are already going international. If you want to learn the art of winning and surviving in difficult times then you have come to the right place. We are 3 former military who happen to love sports a lot.
