Job Knoester has been a criminal lawyer for nearly 30 years and an expert on TBS. According to him, people are better off living next to an ex-TBS-er than next to an ex-convict who committed a violent crime. With his firm, Job assists 25% of all TBS patients in the Netherlands.
Job is president of the Association of TBS Lawyers and was a member of the board that governs the Dutch Register of Judicial Experts for 8 years.
He regularly speaks on:

Job was a lecturer at the School of Journalism for many years where he spoke about the criminal lawyer's profession, TBS and trial by media. Prospective journalists learned from Job how to obtain information from people who actually don't want to reveal anything. In doing so, he discussed techniques a criminal lawyer uses when questioning witnesses.
