Mark frequin has been appointed as an extraordinary advisor to the central government to promote leadership within the government and has spoken to approximately two hundred influential people to do so. Previously, Mark Frequin worked as Director General of Mobility at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management and has written four books on leadership. He is also president of the Association for Government Management and works as project director general at the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport on the National Resource Consortium during the corona period.

With his years of experience within top government agencies, Mark Frequin offers a unique insight into how administrative processes really work. During the corona pandemic he led the National Resource Consortium and managed to establish cooperation between government, the healthcare sector and market parties under high pressure. He has also played a key role as an extraordinary advisor within the national government, conducting hundreds of interviews with influential policymakers, administrators and professionals to strengthen leadership in the public sector.
