1) Vitality in a changing work environment
Did you find it difficult to stay motivated during the last 'corona' period? Did you notice that your lifestyle became a little unhealthier? Are you in a slump? During this presentation I will help you take back control of your life so that you start your day full of energy. Take the first steps towards customized and lasting behavioral change now!

2) Healthy weight & more energy
With a good mindset and strategy you can achieve a good hormonal balance, a healthy weight, more energy and beautiful skin too. This does not mean that you have to go on a heavy ration or change your lifestyle 180 degrees. Step by step you can find your ideal balance that you can maintain permanently. How to do this is what this workshop is all about. Your personal action plan can then be implemented immediately.

Fruit drinks that barely contain any fruit, "light products" that make you fat, sauce with harmful additives: the supermarket is full of foods that can damage your health. The information on the labels quickly puts you on the wrong track. Fortunately, there are also healthy, clean and "honest" products on the shelves - if you know what to look for.

4) The influence of hormones on your gums
Focused on teeth, gums and the mouth as a mirror of health. Key topics include the influence of diet and lifestyle on your hormones, the influence of hormones on the teeth and mouth (and vise versa), the influence of diet, gut function and lifestyle on inflammation such as gingivitis and periodontitis.

5) Beauty from within (and without)
Focuses on reducing various skin complaints by modifying your lifestyle. Key topics include glycation, inflammation, hormonal imbalances and oxidation (sugar damage).

Many hormonal complaints can be reduced or even resolved by adjusting your lifestyle. In cooperation with the doctor, in some cases even medications can be reduced over time. I treat the most common complaints and you have plenty of room to ask your pressing question.
