Do you want real connection? Do you want to stop discussion full of strife with often a winner and loser? Do you want to work together constructively and effectively?

Dialogue creates connection. You just need to know how to apply it properly.

In an awareness-raising and humorous way, daloo experts Leonie Kappert and Frank Rekers discuss the power of dialogue. In a playful way, listening skills are tested. They use the Talking Stick made by the Zulu people in South Africa. Dialogue with the Talking Stick is part of Ubuntu philosophy: "I am because WE are".

Dialogue is the solution for many issues and themes such as how to learn to use collective wisdom, how to have effective and respectful meetings, the power of asking questions and learning to listen, dealing with conflicts, communicating from connection, brainstorming sessions, collaboration, issues of citizenship, inclusiveness, diversity, participation, personal development: in dialogue with yourself.
