Maik de Boer has made a name for himself as a stylist by working with well-known personalities and collaborating on various television programs. Fashion and Lifestyle expert Maik de Boer is an undisputed style master in the Netherlands. Maik began his career in the hotel industry with his crowning achievement being a management position at the Marriot Marquis in New York. He left the hotel business because he could no longer ignore his passion for 'fashion and Lifestyle'. He followed his heart, chose the fashion profession and that turned out to be a very good choice.

For almost 25 years Maik de Boer has been a striking and colorful presence on Dutch television and at major Lifestyle and Fashion events. With his approach, giving styling that extra bit of cachet without detracting from a unique character, he garnered success. His presentation and acting talents did not go unnoticed either. No less than 51 times he could be seen on Sundays with Carlo & Irene in 'Life4You' where he presented fashion items and did the styling. We know him from RTL Boulevard where he regularly sat at the desk as a Fashion and Lifestyle expert. From 2011 he presented his own Society and Red Carpet item with his well-known orange tie. In addition, he acted as a jury member during the popular EO program Korenslag and for the same broadcaster he worked on the program "Looking for God" and the annual EO spectacle "The Passion". As an all-round judge, he participated in the RTL4 programs 'Through the Eye of the Needle', 'Starfish' and 'Get the Clothes'. At SBS6 he worked as a panel member on 'Met de Deur in Huis' and as a jury member on 'Over Smaak Valt te Twisten'. A guest role in Linda de Mol's popular TV series 'Familie Kruys' and in films such as 'Boerenliefde' and 'Homies' adorn his CV.

In addition to his TV work, the versatile Maik de Boer frequently performs around the country. Besides presenting and hosting various 'Fashion and Lifestyle' events, he provides lectures at both business and private meetings. He is also active in the business world as a trend consultant.
