If you're looking for a band that doesn't just play, but really makes a party, then you need Uptown. They played at our wedding and were spot on from the first song: super tight, and an energy you just can't stand still. Within no time everyone was on the dance floor, and they never left. What makes this band special? Not only in their musicality (although they are all top musicians), but in their sense of atmosphere. They know exactly when to step on the gas, when to move with the crowd, and how to get people with them. And then something happened that really touched me: they had rehearsed a song I had once written myself. Learned within a week, and played live in front of all our guests. I stood listening with goose bumps. You rarely come across that kind of dedication and craftsmanship. So no, this is not just any 'party band'. This is a band with class, musicality and the gift of turning a beautiful moment into something unforgettable. If you love to dance, enjoy and live music at its best, then look no further.

Very friendly and fine communication beforehand, everything went smoothly and professionally. The band sang and played beautifully and really knew how to take the audience along from beginning to end.
