The Right Swipes brings the disco of the 70s to the 20s, and takes the danceable hits with disco DNA in between right away. In the form of medleys, the groove goes on and on, this is why we say; "Non-Stop Disco"
Like a disco train, the catchy choruses roll by in carefully arranged, tight medleys. The band sounds just as smooth as the best DJ but with the lively groove of a live band that can sense the energy in the room, match it, and amp it up. Dance through one, two, or three sets from start to finish.
This is a budget version of the band. You’re booking a 6-piece band with years of experience in the music and entertainment business. Check out the full band for a show with all the bells and whistles.
The band is self-sufficient and proactive. This makes De Swipes suitable for any type of event. They specialize in weddings, corporate parties, and village festivals. The
performance duration can be adjusted in consultation to best suit the event; this can be arranged in 1, 2, or 3 sets of varying lengths. A DJ can be booked for the interludes, or an acoustic act can be added during a cocktail hour or pre-ceremony reception.
The price is based on a flat rate; we bring our own equipment, supplies, and a technician. If these items are already arranged at your event according to our specifications, the price will be reduced. If a PA system and some lighting are also needed, we’ll bring them for a small additional fee, so everything is taken care of.

What a fantastic band! Everything went smoothly right from the start. They were right on time, easygoing, and made clear arrangements. With their groovy sound, they knew how to get the whole tent dancing. At that moment we knew we had to have this band for our wedding. And so it happened. The contact with the band was super. They thought along with us about the possibilities, the ideal program and all our wishes for the wedding. From the moment the band started playing, the roof went off.
