Michelle Verhoeks, a.k.a. FlowMies, is a Dutch flow artist from Eindhoven who has become internationally known for her powerful hoop dance and flow art performances. She flows with hoops, light and fire to create a memorable spectacle.
FlowMies combines her dynamic live performances with elements of dance, visual art and storytelling to create an immersive show experience. Her performances have included performances in theaters, festivals and four TV shows at Holland's Got Talent 2024, where she reached the Top 3 in the finals.

Flow art is a unique visual performance art, a combination between dance and acrobatics that will be an eye catcher for any occasion.
In the fire shows we use professional objects with special fire wicks. This makes the dancers magically surrounded by the flames and fireworks.
The flow objects we dance with are hoops, staffs, pois, rope dart, fans and more. We also prefer to use flame throwers and fire swords with fireworks for an extra spectacular ending to the show.
