A great experience

Started this workshop with some tension, but soon overcame it. This was due to ample explanation and calm approach of the falconers. Not intrusive. All in all a lot of information and a lot of practice with the birds. Lots of variety during the workshop. (via Klantenvertellen.nl)

Instructive, special, cool experience, interactive!

Well run workshop with friendly people who were really passionate about their work and the birds! They all told easily and enthusiastically about everything which was very informative. We also got to do a lot of things like learning the falconers knot, lure turning, holding the birds on the hand and flying them over and landing them on your hand! They took good care of sufficient drinks because of the warm weather and planned sufficient breaks. Great experience, Top!

Magnificent

This was the 2nd time I have participated in a workshop at the Birds of Prey Farm. What a fantastic experience it is. The staff is professional and extremely friendly. Each participant is given enough time to hold all the birds on their hands. From a small owl, to the great bald eagle and everything in between. At the end even storks. The workshop includes coffee, tea and soda as well as cookies, and at the end we even got an ice cream. We attended the moonlight owl workshop and it was really great! The falconers who led the evening program were top notch; knowledgeable and good hosts. The love for the animals was great! All the time to watch the birds and learn about them

We attended the Lazy Friday afternoon workshop. I as a viewer and my husband and son as participants. Reception was very friendly with cake and a drink followed by an introduction that was not only educational but also very funny. The atmosphere was good. The workshop was very varied, both in terms of activities with the birds and the number of species of birds. It was very relaxed and there was plenty of time for everything to be explained and of course to take pictures. We had a very nice and educational time. Thank you very much for that. Fantastic experience with entertaining information

What a fantastic outing (Falconer Tasting) and what a wonderful gift to have given. Reception was great and soon we were explained with the opportunity to experience an owl up close. Throughout the afternoon we worked with birds of prey and owls, learned to tie knots, learn to lure and also various demonstrations. All the while explanations with high entertainment content! Fun experience but I thought the group was way too big. 26 people. Because of this I found it a bit of a program rattle. Can not be otherwise with such a large group I think. I had imagined it more personal. Was it now unfortunately not worth the cost projs. (via Klantenvertellen.nl)
