Henrike van Engelenburg was a theater producer for over 20 years, in these two decades there were many ups and downs and she managed to keep her head above water every time.

Henrike van Engelenburg sold her company in 2016 and started a new life. From ambitious entrepreneur with staff and employees, she slowed down, suddenly she was solo and developed as a writer, sand artist and organizational developer. How does she do this and why does she succeed and others do not? How does she experience change?
