Need a bagpiper for your wedding, funeral, concert or party? Then you've come to the right place! From playing at a funeral to a sold out Ahoy: Annemieke has years of experience playing at all kinds of occasions.

Annemieke van Doesburg started early in the music world. After a number of years of music lessons she came in touch with bagpipe music at the age of eleven. Together with her family she started with the Highland Valley pipes and drums in Borculo, where she learned to play the pipes. She never stopped playing and nowadays she's still very active in the music.
Besides playing with the band she can be booked as a solo piper for birthdays, anniversaries, whiskey tastings, weddings, funerals and other special occasions

In 2014 Annemieke graduated from the conservatory in Enschede as a professional music teacher, specializing in orthopedagogic music teacher. She has had lessons in piano, voice, drums, guitar, arranging/composing and as main subject classical flute.
Annemieke has experience in teaching different target groups and ages. At the moment the music teaching practice consists mainly of teaching in special and gifted education. In addition, individual lessons in bagpipes are given.
There are also various projects and other activities: from arranging music to musically leading a theatre group and from conducting a church choir to teaching flute in group 4.

Since a few years Annemieke also participates in bagpipe competitions. She does not do this without success, some of the prizes she has won are

- Grade 4 piobaireachd urlar 2nd place Xanten
- Piobaireachd competition Hilversum 2nd ground and 2nd complete piobaireachd
