Sander started his career at Sound and Vision at the Mediapark. Here he developed many training courses for teachers on how to teach '21st century skills' through media and technology. To help teachers even better, he founded Sponsorship in 2010; an online platform where everyone can share knowledge through learning paths. The platform has won several European awards and is used daily by many teachers, students and trainers.

In addition to Sponsorship, Sander founded the company Edutrainers, which helps teachers to become ICT-skilled at their own pace via online videos. And in 2015, Sander started the company Flooow, to help schools and other organizations develop educational and attractive digital learning materials or 'blended learning'. With his company Flooow, he develops 'e-learning' and 'blended learning' courses. In addition, he helps teachers and school boards to use technology to improve education even further.

As a trainer and speaker, Sander knows many schools and the challenges they face from the inside out. He likes to share with you his practical experience with 'flipping the classroom', differentiating, gamification and developing innovative educational concepts.
