Jur Vermijs is a passionate and experienced flamenco guitarist whose guitar playing is an addition to any event. He studied at the conservatory as a student of master guitarist Paco Peña and has also studied in Spain. He currently plays extensively with various formations and has released several albums.
During his solo show, Jur performs beautiful Spanish guitar sounds, always adapted to the atmosphere of the event. Quiet, romantic sounds during a dinner party, or cheerful, rhythmic sounds during a drink or reception. Living room concerts for an audience are also among the options. Jur is a versatile guitarist who plays authentic flamenco, but is just as happy to perform recognizable jazz repertoire, South American songs or classical guitar pieces.
