Magic and humor. It's a golden combination you don't come across very often. Duo Dodo brings the two together. You can book this striking illusionist duo for stage shows between 10 and 50 minutes.

Illusionists Chris Bordet and Woedy Woet found common ground in their love for Charlie Chaplin, Jacques Tati, and Buster Keaton. In addition to their individual work as close-up magicians, they have been performing as Duo Dodo for the past four years, through which they indulge their passion for these icons.

After the duo caught the attention of audiences at the Amsterdam Fringe Festival, their acts and theater programs are now regularly booked for openings, theater programs, variety shows, festivals, and private events.

KIDS & LANGUAGE NO PROBLEM
Duo Dodo’s shows are a visual and musical spectacle. The duo does not use any spoken text. Duo Dodo’s acts and theater shows are therefore also suitable for performances abroad or for international audiences. Suitable for all ages.

WHERE DOES DUO DODO PERFORM?
Provided a stage is available (see also the rider), Duo Dodo will perform a custom show at your location. Upon request, it’s possible to book a (private) show in a theater in Amsterdam or The Hague.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The fee depends on the duration of the act and the accessibility of the venue. The fee of 1,250 euros applies to a 30-minute stage show. Submit a request.

WHO ARE THE DODOS?

* CHRIS BORDET
Born in Paris, raised in Switzerland. He has been touring throughout Europe with his shows since the age of eight. He traveled with a circus, performed on cruise ships, appeared on television programs, and ran his own magic theater in Biel, Switzerland.

* WOEDY WOET
Made his debut as a magician over thirty years ago. He was named national champion twice. He has traveled the world with his acts, including to Taiwan, Zurich, Vienna, and Japan. He toured with Cirque du Soleil for a season and, until recently, was the director of Amsterdam’s Tricky Theater.
