You notice it at once: the temperature rises, new loves are born on the spot, old loves blossom, the party atmosphere increases when Peter Faber takes you on a musical world tour along Caribbean beaches, Parisian terraces, Jordanian cafes, Irish whiskey distilleries, South American dance floors, through Rotterdam harbor districts, on rough seas and back again.
Peter can perform in almost all circumstances. Singing and playing acoustically, he moves through the audience. Now a French musette sounds in the background, then a spontaneous serenade at the feet of a local beauty demands attention. If the
emotions threaten to get out of hand with a heartbreaking song about life, then a cheerful sing-along has already started.
At a posh reception or in an Amsterdam pub, whether in his native language or English, French, German or Spanish. The choice is yours: you can express your preferences both before and during the performance. Calypsos, sailor songs, cumbias, smartlappen, chansons, cabaret songs, sing-alongs, tangos, classical melodies, folk music, children's songs, musettes, tex-mex, songs of life, sixties music, own work, well-known-songs-in-a-new-suit, you name it, it's in the repertoire. And if you do come up with something crazy, you can always sing it out loud!
A performance can be as long or short as you like. The standard is one set of 60 minutes or two sets of 30 minutes within two hours. Additional sets of 30 minutes cost €125 excluding VAT.
