Les Tzigales bring chansons/standards from the swing, musette and Gypsy Jazz music dressed in a warm and unique sound. The music is alternately swinging, melancholic, exhilarating, cheerful. In short, captivating as life itself!

Les Tzigales also work on their own compositions. These are usually written by guitarist/singer Ramsy Irani. The sophisticated alternating instrumental and vocal repertoire in combination with the carefully balanced and tasteful arrangements make each concert captivating.

Les Tzigales released its first CD "The Gypsy" in 2013. In December 2015 "Anima Amici" was released. In the spring of 2019 "J'aimerais te dire" will be released. In the words of Koen Raeymaekers (manager-Café Kiebooms): "Aahh, on les adore, Les Tzigales! No quintet in our region makes time dance backwards in such a charming way. Their swing, musette and gypsy jazz music lures us back three-quarters of a century, to the Paris of les mômes and Gitanes-smoking apaches, sultry bars, restless gypsies and wasted loves.
