The band Moonyard has been known for years for their unique performances. Inspiration, atmosphere and energy splash off the stage and have been able to convince the audience for years. Book Moonyard at ShowBird for a guaranteed success!

Totally in the atmosphere of the sixties and seventies MoonYard plays its own work and covers in the style of The Band, Tom Petty, Rollings Stones and CSN&Y. In the past 12 years the band played on many stages at home and abroad, released albums and performed at festivals like the Zwarte Cross and Manana Manana.

At the moment the men are working on a new record in collaboration with Antonie Broek van De Dijk.
MoonYard has an energetic live reputation with interwoven polyphonic vocals, fine guitars and a vibrant Hammond organ!

The music of this fantastic band can best be described as a tribute to American Rock Music. With songs by Tom Petty, Stephen Stills, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Rolling Stones, JJ Cale and their own work, their performance is a great music experience. The sounds of the Hammond organ, the polyphonic vocals and the beat of drums, bass and percussion together make for wonderful music moments time and time again. Moonyard plays with contagious conviction and dynamics with lots of room for each other. Still, it is mainly the own sound that Moonyard, after years of playing together, has managed to create!
