Title: Working together

Working together is something man is good at and it has taken us far. Yet incomprehensible decisions are made within organisations that make cooperation so difficult that it is virtually impossible. And then it seems as if we can't work together at all. But that is not true. Those decisions, and especially their consequences, are the cause of contraction errors in the organisation that prevent good cooperation. What are these contraction errors, what form do they take in organisations and what can you do about them, are the subjects of this lecture.
