Title: Behavioural change is the only way to make changes sustainable
The results of change processes are dramatic. It has been calculated that somewhere between 90 and 100% of the trajectories have little or no effect. Especially when looking at the long term. The most important reason why a change is not sustainable is the fact that no attention is paid to behavioural change. This is because it is 'soft' and managers are often not able to deal with it at all. And so we are quietly bumbling along with hopeless change processes ... But if you want real change for once, I advise you to change the behaviour, both that of your employees and that of your managers. But how do you do that, behavioural change? In this lecture
I will show you how that is possible.
The lecture is based on the book "50 change principles - New-school interventions that do work" that I wrote with Peter Brouwer.
